What are special likes?
With “Special likes” () you can like the searches of other users in the overview without having to create your own search. This means that you will be shown to the other user as a hit and they can also like you and arrange to meet you. You can assign up to ten special likes. After the end of the liked search, the special like is available again.
What is the difference between special likes and normal likes?
You can assign an unlimited number of hits to your own search with normal likes (). You do not have to create your own search for special likes, but you can only use ten at a time.
Can you create multiple searches at the same time?
Parallel searches are currently not possible, but we are working on this function.
How can you contact other users?
In order to be able to chat with another user and arrange to meet up, you have to like each other as part of a search and have a match. You will be informed of a new match in the App or by push message.
Which of your data does Zammadoo use?
An essential core of our philosophy is not to use more of your data than is absolutely necessary. The basic functionality includes calling up your location in order to be able to show you other users in your area. You also need to enter your mobile phone number when you register to receive the activation code. In addition, there is no connection to other services or providers that receive user data from Zammadoo. Within the App, we refer to the entries you have made for all calls and views. You can find the Privacy policy in detail when you register or in the App under “Settings”.

Es sind noch keine Leute in Deiner Nähe – was tun?
Da Zammadoo erst seit wenigen Wochen online ist, kann es passieren, dass noch niemand als Treffer zu Deiner Suche angezeigt wird. Wir arbeiten fleissig daran, die App bekannt zu machen, aber das braucht leider etwas Zeit. Wir würden uns darum sehr freuen, wenn Du uns dabei unterstützt und beispielsweise Deine Freunde über WhatsApp zu Zammadoo einlädst oder unsere Social Media-Kanäle teilst.

Es stehen aktuell rund 60 Aktivitäten in den Kategorien „Sport“, „Freizeit“ und „Kultur“ zur Auswahl, um Dich zu verabre-den. Was sind Special Likes?
Mit „Special Likes“ ( 
) kannst Du in der Übersicht direkt die Suchen anderer User liken, ohne eine eigene Suche an-legen zu müssen. Dadurch wirst Du dem anderen User als Treffer angezeigt und er kann Dich ebenfalls liken und mit Dir verabreden. Du kannst bis zu zehn Special Likes vergeben. Nach Ablauf der gelikten Suche steht Dir das Special Like wieder zur Verfügung.
Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Special Likes und normalen Likes?
Normale Likes ( 
) kannst Du unbegrenzt an Treffer zu Deiner eigenen Suche vergeben. Für Special Likes musst Du keine eigene Suche anlegen, kannst aber auch nur zehn gleichzeitig einsetzen.
Kannst Du mehrere Suchen gleichzeitig anlegen?
Aktuell sind parallele Suchen noch nicht möglich, wir arbeiten aber an dieser Funktion.
Wie kannst Du andere User kontaktieren?
Um mit einem anderen User chatten und Dich verabreden zu können, müsst Ihr Euch gegenseitig im Rahmen einer Suche liken und ein Match haben. Über ein neues Match wirst Du in der App oder per Push-Nachricht informiert.
Welche Daten von Dir nutzt Zammadoo?
Ein wesentlicher Kern unserer Philosophie ist es, nicht mehr Daten von Dir zu nutzen, als unbedingt notwendig. Zur Grundfunktionalität gehört dabei das Abrufen Deines Standortes, um Dir andere User in Deiner Nähe zeigen zu können. Außerdem ist für die Zusendung des Aktivierungscodes bei der Registrierung die Eingabe Deiner Mobilfunknummer nötig. Darüber hinaus besteht keine Verbindung zu anderen Diensten oder Anbietern, die Userdaten von Zammadoo erhalten. Innerhalb der App beziehen wir uns bei allen Aufrufen und Ansichten auf die von Dir gemachten Eingaben. Die Datenschutzerklärung findest Du im Detail bei Deiner Registrierung oder in der App unter „Einstellungen“.

Inzwischen sind wir ein kleines Team mit unterschiedlichstem Background und arbeiten über ganz Deutschland verteilt an der App. Uns verbindet die Freude, etwas zu unternehmen und aktiv zu sein. Aus eigener Erfahrung und von Freunden wissen wir, dass es mitunter schwierig ist Freizeitpartner zu finden, ohne dass es gleich einen Date-Charakter bekommt. Mit Zammadoo möchten wir diese Lücke schließen und jedem der neu in der Stadt ist, sich auf Reisen befindet oder einfach nur spontan aktiv sein will eine Möglichkeit zum verabreden bieten.
