What does it cost to use Zammadoo?
Zammadoo is free.
Is there Zammadoo in your city too?
Zammadoo works everywhere. You can currently find most of the users in Munich,
where we started in July 2021. However, new registrations and additional locations are coming in all the time
and we hope that the Zammadoo will soon be known and used
in many other cities as well
There are no people in your area yet – what can you do?
Since Zammadoo has only been online for a few weeks, it can happen that no one is shown as a hit
for your search. We are working hard to make the App known, but unfortunately
that takes some time. We would be very happy if you would support us and, for example, invite your friends to Zammadoo via WhatsApp or share our social media
channels:
Is the activity you are interested in still missing?
There are currently around 60 activities in the categories “Sport”, “Leisure Time” and “Culture” to choose from so that you can arrange to meet up. If you are still missing something, just send us your suggestion by email (activities@zammadoo.com), via the Zammadoo chat in the App or via the message function on Instagram and Facebook. If there is a corresponding demand, we will continue to add further activities.
What are special likes?
With “Special likes” () you can like the searches of other users in the overview without having to create your own search. This means that you will be shown to the other user as a hit and they can also like you and arrange to meet you. You can assign up to ten special likes. After the end of the liked search, the special like is available again.
What is the difference between special likes and normal likes?
You can assign an unlimited number of hits to your own search with normal likes (). You do not have to create your own search for special likes, but you can only use ten at a time.
Can you create multiple searches at the same time?
Parallel searches are currently not possible, but we are working on this function.
How can you contact other users?
In order to be able to chat with another user and arrange to meet up, you have to like each other as part of a search and have a match. You will be informed of a new match in the App or by push message.
Which of your data does Zammadoo use?
An essential core of our philosophy is not to use more of your data than is absolutely necessary. The basic functionality includes calling up your location in order to be able to show you other users in your area. You also need to enter your mobile phone number when you register to receive the activation code. In addition, there is no connection to other services or providers that receive user data from Zammadoo. Within the App, we refer to the entries you have made for all calls and views. You can find the Privacy policy in detail when you register or in the App under “Settings”.
Where can you find help in case you have technical problems with the App?
We are available by email at support@zammadoo.com at any time for questions about the App. You can also use the Zammadoo Chat in the App to send us questions, suggestions and feedback directly.
How long has Zammadoo existed?
The idea for Zammadoo came up in 2016. The App that is available now has been developed and tested since September 2020 and has been available in stores since July 2021. We are constantly working on further functionalities and improvements, version 3.6 is currently available for download.

Zammadoo is a Munich start-up and was founded in 2016. We are now a small team with a wide variety of backgrounds and are working all over Germany on the App. We share the joy of doing something and being active. From our own experience and from friends, we know that it can be difficult to find leisure time partners without it being a date. With Zammadoo we want to close this gap and offer everyone who is new to the city, who is travelling or who just wants to be spontaneous, an opportunity to meet others.
How can you delete your Zammadoo account?
You want to leave Zammadoo? That’s a shame, of course!
To delete your account, click on the cogwheel for “Settings“ in the top right-hand corner of the app:
You will then find the link to the “Delete account” function at the bottom of the page.
Follow the instructions there and your Zammadoo account will be deleted, including all the data we have saved for your account. Matches, conversations and your saved pictures and profile texts will be lost!
To log in to Zammadoo again, you must then create a new account.
